I understand how to conduct large groups of people, and to be a figure for music and Judaism at camp. However, being part of the leadership team at camp goes deeper than just the public aspects of my previous jobs. As a part of any leadership team, one must be responsible, reliable, respectful, loyal, and professional. At Beber, those traits go beyond purely professional relationships, for being a part of this team is being part of a family. As part of the leadership team, I would be there to help others out with programs and other job responsibilities, but also for personal struggles and guidance. I understand how camp can be a stressful environment when you're responsible for planning and executing programs, so I would be there to help and support other members of the team throughout difficult
