I reviewed the Applicant’s estimate, the Applicant driver recorded statement, scene photographs, payment history, police report, vehicle damage photos, scene diagram and statute. I reviewed the Respondent driver recorded statement.
This is a case where both parties claim to have had the green light and it is not possible to prove who ran the red light and is at fault with the evidence submitted.
