Yesterday, the tech giant released its recent diversity report, which indicates that the company has made progress in bringing more women and minorities employees on-board.
The iPhone maker said in its diversity report that it has closed the pay gap compared to the last year by evaluating the bonus, salaries and annual stock grant of all the employees. Also, in an attempt to offer equal opportunities to all the employees, the company started bringing its retail employees to join the annual stock grant for the first time.
