We propose to consider diversification for their products, to come up with new lines or new products which will afford by all class people. We also believe that trying direct sales by opening their own stores will improve their marketing position. We suggest considering effective plans to make customers buy more frequently by planning constant delivery, or spend more by offering premium lines of products or offering purchase incentives and price promotions for the products, which customers may buy from competitors like more verities of LCD TV available on competitor’s price and low rate of others products.
We hope that our recommendations and proposals will find positive feedback from Toshiba’s management team and will serve as a means to sharpen their overall organization strategy.
