Employees’ values and development attained using education and training is a fundamental feature that determines organisation’s profitability. It is of greater benefit for a company to employ and maintain its employees. Likewise, it is a good policy to devote a portion of its development effort to invest in the workers’ skills to improve their productivity. Training requirements of Apple Inc are more needed in technical areas that bear skills that give them a competitive advantage in the industry (Lashinsky, 2012). The subsequent paragraphs explain how Apple Inc carries training and development methods to enhance the productivity of its employees. To begin with, Apple Company conducts laboratory training where a more skilled trainer guides a group of trainees. Furthermore, the company offers training for those employees who demonstrate hard work and aspiration to learn, as well as to those who show dedication to the institution. Hence, through this, one can see the extent to which the company cares for its workforce. HR plan considers this process as a factor that models employees for the forthcoming tasks within the organisation and so allows workers to know that training is being done to make sure that they are successful and not carried out because they are inadequate (Lashinsky, 2012).
