Strengths
Apple’s annual advertising budget almost doubled between 2010 and 2014. They may not have the largest budget, but when you compare it to sales it is clear that they use it the best. (Apple Incorporated, 2014).
The United States has the largest high-end smart phone market in the world. It is also the leader for many high-end devices (Canalys, 2013). Therefore, this makes the U.S. the most important market for Apple to compete in, and they earned $68.9 Billion or 37.7% of total Apple’s total sales in 2014 in the U.S. (Apple Incorporated, 2014).
Also, unlike any other company Apple controls almost their entire chain of their products production and sales. They essentially manage four separate businesses as one. Those four
