On 11-10-2016 at 2002 hours I was dispatched to Garfield Street and Apple Street in reference to a robbery and with shots fired.
Upon my arrival I made contact with Sean Hager, who informed me of the following:
- He had received a phone call from Dee asking him for $10.00 and maybe some help moving something.
- He does not know Dee’s last name and is not sure if his real name is Dee or if it is a nickname.
- He knows Dee because his girlfriend Georgia Dudley used to live with his soon to be ex-wife.
- He called him back on his way to town because he did not want to make two trips to town.
- While in town he and his wife had gotten into an argument so he got out of the car and was walking.
- He called his friend Drew Kingery for a ride and went
