Apple Inc. (formerly - Apple Computer, Inc.) is one of the largest multinational technology corporations based in United States of America, founded by Steve Wozniak, Steven Jobs and Ronald Wayne over 40 years ago in 1976. The company operates in 17 countries with 475 stores (as of March 2016). Apple Inc. designs and produces computer software and hardware, digital distribution, online services, consumer electronics and so much more. Apple Inc. has a total of 115,000 employees (as of July 2015) and had a worldwide net profit of USD8.5 billion in 2015.

There are lots of different factors in macro environment that could influence on managers’ decisions of every organisation. For instance, government regulations & laws, population, demographic change, trade barriers. These are all crucial components of macro environmental change for a detailed investigation.(Oxford University Press, 2007).

Political Factors - The main significant factors that Apple Inc. should take into consideration are all the different government regulations, labour law, taxes, foreign trade policies, employment policies and political stability of the entering country. For instance, when Apple Inc. is planning on entering a new country, they should know that country’s regulations like imported products and tax legislations.
