The Apple Inc is an American multinational corporation with a focus on designing and manufacturing consumer electronics and closely related software products. Apple was established on April 1, 1976 by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, Ronald Wayne, to sell the Apple I personal computer kit. Apple’s first headquarter was the Jobs’ parents garage where Jobs and his friends design their first computer kit: the Apple I. In 1984, Apple next launched the Macintosh. One of the popular product are the Mac line of personnel computers (laptops, home computers) but also included media players (ITunes) and the popular Iphones and smart watches. In 1985 a power struggle developed between Jobs and CEO John Sculley, who had been hired 2 years earlier. Jobs resigned from Apple and founded Next Inc the same year. In 1997, Steve Jobs returned to Apple as an advisor when Apple, Inc. purchased his new company NeXT, Inc. Jobs then became CEO of Apple, Inc. and introduced the iMac. Apple, Inc is the perfect example of how a dream became a reality—one step at a time.

In the management process, leadership is the first and can be the most influential part of the process. Both Steve Jobs and Tim Cook have very similar approaches to leadership styles in regards to the vision for Apple. Steve’s is more on a vision for the future charismatic side where as Cook’s vision is tied into social and ethical responsibilities.
