How to bake an Apple Crisp
“An apple a day keeps the doctors away!” The apple’s ability to detoxify that Russian doctors made irradiated children from Chernabyl eat apples. Indeed, many researchers discovered that pectin in apples can help reduce radiation levels in children’s bodies. Instead of only eat apple purely in its fruit form, I try to eat apple in different ways: Apple Cheese Danish, Apple-Cranberry Dessert, Apple Crisp, Apple pie, and Apple Pie bread. Apple Crisp is my favorite because it is easy to bake, healthy and tasty. I prepare my Apple Crisp in the following steps: ingredients, mix and bake, store.
