I sincerely apologize for what you have experienced yesterday. I was intended to deliver a bouquet to say how much we are pleased to work with you but the Bouquet people confused and delivered a wrong item. I am extremely sorry again and I hope you’ll accept my apology and continue our relations. I would keep in my mind not to repeat this again in future.
