A problem facing at Apollo Career Center are short classes. Most of my days at Apollo Career Center I find that my program lasts two and a half hours but feels like an hour; however, it’s because I love what I do. My other classes are around forty-five minutes short, and it seems like the teachers are rushing the students on the lesson. One day, the students asked the teacher for another day of the lesson and the teacher did. Most schools last seven hours, but at Apollo Career Center it’s six and 25 minutes, leaving 35 minutes shorter that other schools. If Apollo Career Center were to add seven minutes to each of the five classes, then Apollo Career Center will be seven hours long, the same lengths as other schools. Apollo Career Center now

To choose my best teacher is difficult for me since each teacher was for a different course and they had a unique personality and style of teaching. Overall, I would have to choose Mr. Poska as my best teacher (not necessarily my favorite teacher). I took AP Calculus I & II with him during my junior year of high school, then I took Calculus III with him in my senior fall semester. I also happened to have him as my junior and senior advisor during Connect.…

The idea of a perfect school has always been a thought, but it’s never been executed. However, with that being said, I don’t think anybody has ever seen Columbia City High School as a perfect school, and they never will see it as a perfect school. With a few changes, the perception of Columbia City High School could be slightly better than it currently is. This can be improved by slight tweaks to the schedule, revamped lunches, and a variety of class selections.…
