Apollo Astronauts Research Paper

Some of most agreed upon evidence by speculators stems from the photography taken by the Apollo Astronauts. The claims state that the camera technology available in the early 1960’s was too poor at capturing shadowing and lighting that the multiple light sources captured on the moon must have been impossible and only doable with the usage of the use of external lighting.
Believing that an entire camera set was brought to the moon to take pictures is quite ludicrous, leading to the only logical reasoning for theorists that all photos from the mission are fraud.

One of the more famously debated “faked” photographs depicts unparalleled shadows from the moon surface rocks and the lunar lander indicating that multiple light sources must have

This again was a to spec model of the landing craft and all surrounding equipment and moon surfaces. The myth goes that a picture of Armstrong was taken with a no flash camera while he was in the shadow of the spacecraft. Controversy has been brought up regarding the picture because Armstrong is still easily seen with the presence of an unknown light source. Another representative light source must have been present to make him visible in photo. Once again, the Mythbusters debunking team’s replica allowed them to take an exact photo with exact cameras used by the Apollo 11 team. This photo, which was nearly identical to the original NASA released, was recreated with ease. Jamie Hyneman further explains that Armstrong was visible because of ambient light being reflected off of the Moon’s surface. The moon’s surface is unlike any found on earth and is made of regolith, or a layer of unconsolidated rocky material covering bedrock. We are able to see the moon at night when it reflects light given off by the sun due to the regolith’s albedo percentage of 7-10%; meaning anywhere from 7% to 10% of all light shown on the surface of the Moon is refracted back upwards rather than absorbed, as it would be on Earth. These recreations made with almost identical conditions clearly indicate no plausibility that there was a second light source present. It was proven

One of the most remarkable feats of space exploration was the landing of a man on the Moon. On July 16, 1969, NASA launched its famous Saturn V rocket into orbit for a journey across the void of space to Earth’s only natural satellite. A little over a hundred hours after launch, it accomplished what many people considered impossible just a few years ago—a man from Earth walked on the lunar surface. The crew collected rock samples and performed numerous experiments, in the process greatly expanding the databases of knowledge on the Moon…

The reason why there were also no stars shown in the photos is because they were too bright for the camera to capture them. There was a ¨fast exposure time¨ and ¨small aperture¨ (www.theguardian.com). Therefore, there was no way to capture the background of the moon with the stars because they were too bright. To recreate this, they would have had to use millions of light lasers, which at that time were expensive and only came in the color red. Overall, the moon landing was real because uneven surfaces influenced the shadows and the brightness of the stars also affected…

In discussions of light sources on the moon, one controversial issue has been how the shadows in the photos and videos of the landings converge and diverge. On one hand, the conspiracy theorists argue that because there is only one light source, the sun, there should be parallel shadows. This inaccuracy promotes the theory of the moon landing being staged in a film set with multiple sources of lights. On the other hand, NASA argues these unparalleled shadows in the photos represent uneven grounds that amount to the whole the lunar…

So to fix this conspiracists claim that NASA had a studio where they filmed the moon missions, surrounded, with a giant black screen, or they altered the pictures and removed the stars. However, there is a logical explanation as to why there are no stars. The moon is made out of regolith that is about four-to-five kilometers deep. The regolith has an albedo rating, telling how much light is reflected, between seven and ten percent (“Theories”). The reason people can see the moon is not because the moon glows on its own, but because the moon is reflecting seven to ten percent of the light from the sun.…

Apollo 11 discovered that the moon is lifeless; containing no living organisms, fossils, or native organic compounds (SNASM). Extensive research and testing revealed no proof for life, past or present, to be found in the lunar samples. Because of the idea of aliens inhabiting the lunar land, a plaque was attached to the leg of the lunar landing vehicle that read “ HERE MEN FROM THE PLANET EARTH FIRST STEP FOOT UPON THE MOON JULY 1969 A.D. WE CAME IN PEACE FOR ALL MANKIND” (SNASM). This plaque was signed by former president Richard Nixon along with all three astronauts that took part in the lunar landing mission.…

It says a lot if so many people feel the first moon landing was fake. I have learned a lot about the moon landing just by the one source I found, sure it is only that one person 's thought but considering many others believe it also it really persuades you into looking into the Apollo mission, seeing the history behind it and how many the US government just wanted to set up this hoax to assert their victory in the space race over Russia since it 's such a popular thing. Though, Michael Rundle allowed me to see things that could steer my mind into believing that it was real. He goes into the depth and sciences that one would want to listen to if they were to look this conspiracy up. Michael’s statements have a lot of understanding to them, especially when he talks about the flag waving and how there aren 't any stars in the photograph, but Josh’s statements on the flag waving and lack of stars also has that understanding.…

Why We May Have Not Landed on The Moon and Why We May Have December 1968 was a glorious time for the world. Apollo 8 was the first manned mission to enter orbit of the moon. In the following years many other moon missions have occurred. Various groups and individuals have made claims since the mid-1970s, that NASA knowingly misled the public into believing lunar landings have occurred, by manufacturing, tampering with, or destroying evidence including photos, telemetry tapes, radio and TV transmissions, Moon rock samples, and even some key eye witnesses. Surveys show that approximately 20% of Americans think that the Apollo missions were a hoax in order to win the space race by a landslide.…
