You’re in a spacecraft and you are doing a routine task with is to flip a switch so you can start the fans in the oxygen tanks. Then suddenly BOOM part of your spacecraft was blown up because of faulty wiring in the oxygen tank. Their mission was a success even though it was a disaster that almost cost their lives. The Apollo 13 were doing a routine task which was to turn on the fans inside of the oxygen tanks. After that, the air tanks exploded while inflicting massive damage to the spacecraft, which was caused by faulty wiring in the oxygen tanks. They had run these type of situations by doing them in simulators, so they were prepared.
