July 20, 2014, was the 45th anniversary of the Apollo 11 Mission. This was a historical and worldwide

discovery of the NASA space discoveries. Three astronauts were sent on this exploration voyage to the moon.

I was only 14 years of age when this amazing event happened. All school’s teachers were so

excited and passed this excitement to their students allowing us to watch this extraordinary and

historical worldwide discovery in television. Back in the day’s television was only shown in black and

white. It was an amazing time and first time man was sent to the moon.

I learned that only two astronauts
