• The FFP is available through a separate contract from the factory and is executed by Chenega Energy.
• The original estimate of $13,000 for the FFP was included in the Chenega contract for APP4, but will most likely be deferred to APP5. This annual fee for “Plan C” (see attached), which is a 9 year, parts only plan that includes overhaul of the micro-turbine. It covers all parts, scheduled and unscheduled, for 9 years, and includes the complete replacement of the turbo generator, often between 50,000 and 65,000 hours. Chenega has stated that the scheduled maintenance document requires an estimated $8,000 in replacement parts

Charleston, South Carolina, the jewel of the south. A town that time has yet to permeate, where horse drawn carriages still serve as a mode of transportation, resulting in over 4.5 million visitors every year (“In Charleston, S.C., Resistance to Cruise Ships”). Kathryn, as a new store manager, needs to gain the confidence and trust of her department heads and sales associates. Part of accomplishing this task is by providing her employees the opportunity to communicate with her through an open-door policy when it comes to questions or concerns with tasks. Kathryn also needs to become better acquainted with the employees and, to me, the best way is to be on the sales floor and participate in day to day operations. The purpose of this is two-fold: showing her employees she is approachable and that she is knowledgeable of stores products and practices. To enhance and reinforce the lines of communication, store meetings should be scheduled.…

First, a capital outlay – $300,000 plus $50,000 each year for the next five years is substantial. This could amount to approximately $550,000 over a 5-year period once the equipment is installed and running.
