The most challenging yet rewarding class I have taken in high school was AP Psychology. This course consistently challenged my way of thinking and constantly drove me to ask questions about the human mind and behavior. I found myself searching for ways to apply the concepts discussed in class to my everyday life. In many ways, this was my favorite part about this class. Psychology is used to explain why thirty minute naps are better than two hour naps, and why studying over time helps with memory and information retention. It is applicable to every aspect of life.
