1. Additional counselors with availability to hold sessions with the individual more often.
2. When discharging from treatment for “meeting goals”, can these goals be re-assessed?
3. Rather than going to other agencies (GCBH, Child Focus), an in house trauma program for children and adults is needed.
4. Training/curriculum for healthy relationships and drug and alcohol awareness for individuals is needed.
5. Training/support staff need-
• How do we approach conversations with individuals on topic on healthy relationships/drug and alcohol awareness? What information should be shared? (Boundaries)
• Diagnosis awareness- How to effectively help individuals who refuse medications? How to address individuals who are undiagnosed?
