Introduction

The topic for my essay is anxiety. Anxiety affects most Americans and deliberately can ruin the life of someone (WebMD). Anxiety is an important topic for everyone to learn because many people have it and upright not at all know it. Therefore, they do not know what is happening and think that something is wrong which causes the person larger anxiety. When most teenagers are diagnosed with anxiety, people habitually think it is their teenage angst, but during your teen years, it is the most common to be diagnosed with panic disorder or anxiety. That is why I think this is an important topic to share since it could help someone who admittedly needs it.

You will constantly worry around being hurt in it that you ruin whatever ties you have with people on purpose. Yourself will do things that will make someone hate you so you won’t get hurt in the future. Worst of all you think it’s the best thing to do. It doesn’t matter if it is your best friend in the entire world and someone you just met, you will constantly worry. Thinking they don’t like you or they don’t need you. You will start to believe it and become sad, so that is when you do it. Anxiety can ruin almost anything. It can make you want to quit your job because it is too much stress and you will continually think everyone hates you. It can also mess with your school life, you do not want to get out of bed in the morning because how stress school makes you, but at the same time, you’re also going, to have the annoyance of thinking about how much school you’re missing and you’re never going to catch up.

It can also make you stop doing the things you love. You could be the best guitar player or the best painter or even the best athlete, but you will always have the problem thinking you’re going to fail or you’re not going to do well. So you slowly start to lose interest until you find something else to do and after a few weeks drop it, the cycle continues. You also feel unworthy to do things. For example, your friends could ask you to go hang around with them, but you say no because you’re

You could be sitting in class one moment and laughing with friends, but then anxiety will remind you that all of them are probably laughing at you and hate you. Panic attacks feel like a tightness in your chest. Some people cry from them or some people throw up from them, some people will even do both. You will feel alone during it even though you have people there to help you. You’re going to feel insane every time someone mentions it afterward. You will worry about what people think of you if they saw you and maybe go into another panic attack. Some people have them once a week while others have them multiple times a day. Some people will know how to deal with them while others wake up in the morning to only throw up because their dreams and thoughts made them so anxious they immediately have one right when they wake
