Personal Plan to Manage Anxiety
Managing anxiety is simply preventing anxiety from overpowering us. No matter how difficult to handle anxiety or how much we struggle with it every day, we are coping with it in little ways. Being a student, my anxiety include school and career related things. In general, school is definitely the most that give me anxiety in my life right now. There are many techniques and strategies for managing anxiety, but my personal plan on how to manage or deal with anxiety are:
1. Eating healthy food - Healthy lifestyle is very important in our daily life. The healthier your body is the better it works, and the better it works the less you'll encounter anxiety.
2. Meditating - anxiety require an opportunity to slow down
