The hardest part of trying to describe what it’s like, is trying to pinpoint one specific feeling. It’s like having a bunch of friends and not wanting to see them. It’s overworking to please the people around you, and still feeling like it’s not enough. Then, they’ll hand you a sheet of paper or two. The paper will have a bunch of things listed on it, each once followed by a scale of zero to five. Zero being never, five being almost everyday.
