Anxiety is something people do not really understand. Most people think just because having personal life problems is an excuse to escape reality. Sometimes having anxiety isn't an excuse to escape reality. Many factors contribute to having anxiety. Whether it is fear, feeling self conscious, or pretending like if you were another person. In “Breaking the Rules,” is how society treats other people that do not look a certain way and also because how we think we see ourselves but we pretend how we are alright on the outside. On the outside, the teenage girl may feel beautiful, but on the inside she may feel ugly. Society makes has a definition of what beautiful means and people try to meet those standards, but when they cannot, they think they are worthless. …show more content…
They may feel like the world has ended and yet they end up worse than the dead person. They decide to do things they would not do. When someone dies, people have to get used to the fact that a loved one is not there anymore. You may remember the good times and try to bring them back, but the truth is they are never coming back. Even if you fool yourself and believe they will come back, it is impossible. It is impossible because what is done is done. They may feel like the world is against them but in reality, it is not. They think if they cannot be happy than others cannot be happy either.
In the artworks, I try to incorporate many problems that humans go through. Not every person has the same problem, but they may have similar problems. In “Vibes,” when people get angry, they either take it out on someone else or they have some type of therapy. There are many different kinds of therapy a person can take like expressing themselves different ways. They can also use that anger to try and better the world. Sometimes it is good to have anger as long as it is controlled. When people have anger, sometimes the results are
