Anxiety. Do you really know what that means? Do you know how it feels to live with it? Can you imagine living every day in constant fear over something in your life? Anxiety is something most people have to deal with. There are people in this world who have to deal with anxiety every day of their life and it takes a major toll on them. Sometimes, anxiety affects them based on how they choose to cope with it or how they react to it.

If you struggle with anxiety you may feel that you are lonely and that no one can understand how you feel everyday of your life. Having a good support system whether it be your friends and/or your family can help you cope with your anxiety over things. It gives you people to talk to that you know are going to be able to give you feedback. It will also be

There are many more symptoms that you could experience. If you are experiencing more than 2 of them you should find your doctor and talk about it and make a plan.

Even though we do know for sure what causes anxiety, it can be caused by things in your life that make you stressed or nervous. It could be because you have a tough childhood or a traumatic experience. This can occur many times throughout your day, it just might affect other people in different ways and different degrees. Many things can trigger your anxiety depending on the person.

-Having trauma from events such as abuse, victimization, or the death of a loved one
-Stressing over a personal relationship, marriage, friendship, and divorce.
-Stressing over from work, school
-Having financial problems
