Anxiety. Do you really know what that means? Do you know how it feels to live with it? Can you imagine living every day in constant fear over something in your life? Anxiety is something most people have to deal with. There are people in this world who have to deal with anxiety every day of their life and it takes a major toll on them. Sometimes, anxiety affects them based on how they choose to cope with it or how they react to it.
If you struggle with anxiety you may feel that you are lonely and that no one can understand how you feel everyday of your life. Even though we do know for sure what causes anxiety, it can be caused by things in your life that make you stressed or nervous. It could be because you have a tough childhood or a traumatic experience. This can occur many times throughout your day, it just might affect other people in different ways and different degrees.
