Both him and his friend Willie Stuckey were convicted after being coerced into giving a false confession foe the kidnapping and murder of a 20-year-old boy in Brooklyn 1985. David McCallum served I personally don’t understand what circumstances could possibly make a person confess to a crime they didn’t commit, however, False and coursed confessions are one of the main factors in wrongful convictions.
