Antisocialism is often confused with narcissisms because of the similar symptoms. However, this personality disorder is seen in people with aggressive traits and impulsive actions. Patients have symptoms of extreme detachment and are constantly hurting people, physically and mentality, with little feelings of guilt or remorse for their actions (Lahey 484). Another major trait of the disorder in people is the ability to lie very well. The need to lie to coworkers, friends, family, spouses, in order to seek out thrills whether or not it’s at the expense of their victim’s well-being. Steven Bressert explained in “Antisocial Personality Disorder Symptoms” that those who suffer from it often have an “inflated self-appraisal, and superficial charm”
