The way I end this does not mean that everyone has to do the same as me. I do not tell everyone to stop using antidepressants completely. I am simply stated that between antidepressant and therapy; I found that therapy and talking to other helps me more than medicine. If taking medicine is helping than that person should continue to take it, but if it is not than stop and try other alternative. Taking antidepressant is a choice, and a person should not feel that they need to be push themselves to do either antidepressant or therapy. People should pick whatever they think is helping and safe for
