Let us understand that satan is a deceiver and the “father of lies” (John 8:44). In Jesus Olivet discourse he warned us from the beginning about counterfeit Christanity (Matt. 24:4-5) “Jesus answered: watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, I am the Messiah, and will deceive many.” We can see that if it started in the beginning, then the antichrist will show his ugliness until the coming of Christ. He is understood to be a figure of terrible evil and a threat to all mankind. He is seen today to be focus mainly on Jewish people.
