Anthem, by Ayn Rand, is set in an Anti-Utopian society where the occupants of the world do not have or know about first person pronouns. Set in a distant future, they have lost all knowledge of modern luxuries; including electricity, cars, and machines. They do not have family units of any sort, and have been raised in a way that they do not think or do for themselves, but for everyone.
