Anti-Sleeping Pill Discussion

The future holds many new, innovative, and unknown things, one of which may be a pill that allows us to stay awake all the time. I am one that really likes their sleep and I know there are many benefits of sleep such as playing a crucial role in immune functions. While this pill has zero effect on health, that is not the only thing sleep is good for. Having the ability just to rest and relax for several hours after a long day can be very refreshing and sleep gives our body time to restore energy to prepare us for the next day to come. While not having to sleep would leave more time in the day to get things done, no sleep would also negatively impact your attitude and personality. Sleep and mood are closely connected;
