Anti Declawing
I’m anti declawing because declawing is abuse to cats. Why? Because, you are basically cutting off your finger at the first knuckle and for the cat, it’s the worst thing that could ever happen to them. Declawing is bad for cats because, it can cause lameness in the paw, arthritis, and other problems that are long-term. Cats usually put all their body weight onto their toes and when the toe is cut off, they have to put all that weight on their whole paw which is extremely painful to the cat. A lot of the time they walk on their ankle because it hurts so much to walk on their paws, and if it gets to a point where it’s too painful to walk on ankles, they walk on their elbows.
