To accomplish this, Gramscists attack every aspect of American history, customs, and most societal institutions. They say that the creation and development of America has involved exploitation. Their purpose is to undermine the beliefs, values, and mores of America’s cultural institutions.
One method Gramscists have used to re-write history has been to gain tenured teaching positions at colleges and universities. This gradualist approach is known as boring from within. Movie stars and entertainers’ life styles are often as moral as those of hamsters, and they want their life styles to be accepted as normal. Towards this goal, films, plays, and TV, have, for several decades, produced products that present homosexuality as normal and free love as exciting.
Film and entertainment personalities have also spoken publicly in favor of social policies and political candidates that deconstruct traditional American behavior. Many also support Gramscists’ claims morality is relative, and there is no right or wrong.
Some powerful newspapers, magazines, radio, and TV are platforms from which Gramscists can proclaim their views and report present and past events as they want others to see them. Thus, we hear NPR broadcasting about wrongs minorities experience and National Broadcasting and a history channel airing programs that distort history by
