Trapped In this Maze?
Ever been suppressed by a certain characteristic or by your heritage, confined and force to be someone who you don't wanna be? In Maze Runner by James Dashner and Anthem by Ayn Rand we see how these dystopian novels are so popular among people and how they are related.
Anthem is popular because of how we can relate to this dystopian book is, the fact that it's so popular was because of how children and adults feel towards the meaning of the book. Like Maze Runner they’re trapped into a maze and forced through these trials to prove their worth as if their just cog to work a huge a machine, it relates to society and the school because of how we grow up and be something that we don't wanna be, we strive to be someone to be proud just like anthem and the maze runner how they push their the problems and the restricts in their dystopian world.
