The film is about the life of a successful businessman name Sanjay Singhania who develops anterograde amnesia due to a violent encounter within the movie villain who killed his girlfriend. In the movie, Sanjay was hit on the hippocampus in the medial temporal lobes of the brain that lead to anterograde amnesia. As soon as he recovers from the injury he faces typical symptoms such as loss of ability to create new memories. He only remembers recent activities for fifteen minutes and after that he forgets everything he did in those fifteen minutes. He is able to recall all his old memories which he had before the injury.
