An anonymous complaint was filed against Dr. Ross alleging she cares for patients and drives while under the influence of alcohol. The complaint also stated Dr. Ross was arrested for an alcohol related offense by the Missouri State Highway Patrol while she was on her way to see an emergency room patient. The complaint further alleged Dr. Ross’ behavior has caused her to be unavailable for emergency room calls and has frequently cared for her patients while under the influence of alcohol. The information obtained during the course of the investigation is completely to the contrary of the anonymous complaint.
