Managers jobs may vary from time to time in the healthcare, in the healthcare. The role of the health care managers has to know the most important method for each facility and the different ways. The managers will have to combine the employee’s non-productive days with the productive days, to get the annualized method and this will determine the cost of the employees. Nevertheless, the schedule position method is when the cost has to multiply with the rates by the hour. Unfortunately, the programming job will take a toll on the non-productive days for the employees. Meanwhile, the managers have to annualize the staffing crew, due to the employees that are full-time employees’ and include benefits through the job will not be able to get all the hours. The workers for instance, work 40 hours a week, also put in for vacation days for four days. The manager must document and sum up, to not give the full 40 hours, also he or she will have to find someone to cover the other employee shift. Annualize staffing is the way that health care providers can watch the hours for the staff, that way he or she can give the patients care within the facility. However, it is an excellent way to annualize the staffing due to this will help the managers to get a view of the staff who have years already in the health care, this will better show the cost of what the staff will get paid.
