ANNOTATION ON RED MEAT
The article describes how processed red meat are bad for the body. It causes cardiovascular disease and cancer. Red meat contains a component which is haeme (an iron porphyrin pigment) which it produces free ferrous iron which increases the production of ROS and peroxide which lead to inflammation, genetic mutation and aid in cancer development. It is a reasonable source because it is passed through different organization such as International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) and world health organization Fund and American Institute for Cancer Research which made research and looked into the consequence of red meat or processed meat. It is also published in journal of internal medicine.
