The Annotated Bibliography is well-adjusted and summarized. It explains what the main claim of the source used is, and the author keeps the sentences in her own style and words, without telling all the details, but rather just sticks to the main points. The author uses the sources, relevant to her topic, and precisely explains how she would use them in her paper; meanwhile, she supports the sources' ethos by explaining ''who'' these sources are, and what makes them to be credible.…

This paper will review literature regarding the relationship between sex offenders and intellectual and developmental disabilities. It will also look into the background of sex offenders with these disabilities in particular and what characteristics make up this group of individuals. Possible treatments and interventions for sex offenders with intellectual and developmental disabilities will also be discussed. This topic is impertinent to research as to make sure sex offenders with intellectual disabilities get the proper help they need and are not overlooked by the justice system. I found this subject to be of interest to research after hearing about a case involving a sex offender who was unknowingly coerced into committing a rape crime by…
The article by Tynan, Somers, Gleason, Markman, & Yoon (2015) investigates the role of external influential factors on the risky behaviours and goal-oriented habits of adolescents in 9th and 12th grades. The authors identify the various factors that influence adolescents’ behaviours including biological, peers, family and political factors. One of the variables considered for the study include parental monitoring; according to the authors, when parents are less involved in monitoring and observing the adolescents, there is a resulting increase in risky behaviours such as smoking, sexual engagement, drug use, and criminal activities. Parental involvement, another key factor, in the adolescents’ homework and extracurricular activities does not only improve the performance of such a child, but also decrease aggressive and poor behaviours such as smoking and drinking. Parental communication which entails parents discussing moral and sexual topics with the children will influence the adolescent development.…

Most of early annotation tools, such as iAnnotate \cite{plimmer2010}, uAnnotate \cite{chatti2006}, A.nnotate\footnote{http://www.a.nnotate.com/}, GroupDocs. Annotation\footnote{http://www.groupdocs.com/apps/annotation/}, Diigo\footnote{https://www.diigo.com/}, etc., incorporates different options useful to invite readers to physically interact with their reading materials through marking passages by highlighting, underlining, crossing out words, adding comments and so much other annotations acts \cite{kalboussi2015}. Even though these tools are efficient, but they focus on the annotation process without interest to take advantage of the implicit meanings of…
very few individuals get to write annotated bibliography on a constant basis, unless it is part of their duty. This is a very tearful and yet interesting story. Indeed, this is the finish line, everybody seems rather excited and cannot wait for the last week of this course. It is great news that the annotated bibliography to come…
Generally the annotations for each source are written in a paragraph form. However, the lengths of the annotations vary depending on if only summaries of the sources are being discussed or a detailed evaluation of the sources is being done. There are several reasons for using annotated bibliography, some of them are: Helps you to prepare better for research project: When you have write an annotated bibliography, in order to summarize, evaluate and reflect you would tend to go through the sources more carefully which in turn will help you gain insight about your own research topic. Instead of merely gleaning through the sources to collect the information one begins to critically evaluate the sources. This will also help you know fallout of your own research paper which you can rectify.…

Annotated bibliographies have been used for ages to help writers. In order to make a great annotated bibliography one must find sources that are not only credible but also relates to the main topic. I made a bibliography to help me write my research paper in the future. The bibliography will make sure that before I ever start my research paper; I will already have strong evidence for my paper. While making the bibliography I learn a lot about hacking, but I also found it challenging to make a bibliography that I felt so good.…

Some information that is found in an annotation includes, the qualifications of authors, the purpose or scope, the audience and level of reading difficulty, bias or standpoint of author, the relationship to other works in the field, findings, results and conclusion and lastly the format and special features. There are many reasons why I think an annotated bibliography is a good tool for research. I think this method encourages people to think more critically about the content of the work you are using, and it also proves that you have not only read but understand the sources. An annotated bibliography also makes your work a valid source since you have done research about it and most importantly provides a way for others to decide if the source will be helpful to their research if they decide to read…
