Abstract
Procrastination is the delay of due tasks, is a widespread struggle with college students. Procrastination can be negative towards learning, achievements, academic self-efficacy, and quality of life, research has a better understanding of the factors that produces and maintain this troublesome behavior. Procrastination is increasingly viewed as involving failures in self-regulation and volition, processes commonly regarded as executive functions. Students tend to become vulnerable with procrastination as they are challenged with tasks, within a time frame.

ACT is the psychological problems from experiential avoidance and cognitive (Hayes, Strosahl, & Wilson, 2011). The treatment focused on helping clients develop skills in a nonjudgmental acceptance of thoughts and feelings from the service of pursuing valued life goals (Harris, 2009). Such a focus seems particularly well suited to the treatment of procrastination, which is a problem of avoidance (Dionne & Duckworth, 2011). The article presents an intervention using training in ACT to imitate procrastination among college students. Literature was examined about procrastination with considering the ACT theory (Scent, C. L., & Boes, S. R. 2014). Evidence concerning the problematic nature of procrastination among college students was been examined and correlated on procrastination and relevant ACT was processed. The workshop format and content were shared along with suggestions for college campuses (Scent, C. L., & Boes, S. R.
