First, here is some background information about Anne Frank. Anne was born on June 12, 1929. She died in March 1945. Anne was 16 when she died. And the language she spoke was Dutch.

There are some Interesting facts about Anne. Her family moved from Germany to Amsterdam in the early 1930s when the Nazis gained control over Germany. Anne's father, Otto Frank, was the only survivor of her family. If Anne was still alive today, she would be 87. For her 13th birthday on 12 June 1942, Anne Frank received a book she had shown her father in a shop window a few days earlier.
