Anne was born June 12, 1929 of course she was not born into the War with Nazis after her family, better yet she didn't know anything about them until the year of 1942. Anne Frank is only one of the Jews there were many, but she is the most famous Jew from this time. Anne stayed with seven others in the secret annex for more than two years. I think Anne Frank is a hero because she a patient, strong, and unselfish young lady. I think she helped the world understand what she went through during this time. As a Jew, Anne Frank let everyone in the world know that all Jews are just the same as everyone else. They have faces, they have personalities, and they live their life. Anne Frank was very patient, she had the patience to keep quiet when she could have been doing what she wanted as a child that she was. She had to be patient waiting in the secret annex for her food to come (a young woman named Miep Gies provided for them.) Her family found out about the Nazis when Margot Frank, Anne's sister, got a letter ordering her to a work camp in Germany. Anne's strength during World War II helped her whole family, her strength truly made a change. She showed strength by staying confident that they'd make it. She wrote and wrote almost all the time so she wouldn't lose it. SHe had to stay calm and always keep an open eye and open eras just in case the Nazis approach during the night. She was unable to go out and play in the snow or feel the nice breeze so she wrote down all her wants and she knew she wouldn't ever be able to do what others could.
