The physical examination shows that there was blunt trauma to the head and the wound indicated a fall against a solid object. The only visible injury was a small head wound at the right temple. This shows that suicide and homicide are unlikely to be the manner of death, because there would've been more injuries if it had been a homicide or a suicide. It wouldn't be unknown because there is enough evidence to determine a possible cause of death. I believe that Anna's death was most likely accidental or natural.
Anna may have died from not taking aspirin. There was evidence of light bleeding which suggests lack of blood flow. Usually, wounds from the head bleed more because there are many blood vessels near the face and scalp. This leads me
