Anixter Case Study

In general, the staff at Anixter truly want the best for their clients. Many of them have difficulty adapting to new societal demands such as integrated work. Most of the staff expressing hesitation are those who have been working there for more than twenty years and are sort of set in their ways. These values do not align with mine because I believe that the people I have met in programs have the skills to successfully obtain employment and live in the community. Luckily, the administrative team is working to train all employees about new best practices concerning the community they serve.
I personally have not witnessed any level of intervention. I think this is heavily due to the financial crisis and program evaluations that are currently
