Animal Testing Opinion

My opinion matters and so does yours! I think that animal testing is wrong and cruel and unhealthy for these animals to go through, some of these tests and researches cause pain and can even lead to death for some of these animals. These animals are being tortured, there are many different tests that these animals go through every day that cause them to suffer. Why would you even test an animal, If they will most likely not have the same reaction to the product, the medicine, or the disease. They won't have the same reaction because our immune systems are different, even our skin is different, so why put them through these test that harm these poor animals. Even when we know that our reaction is different we still test on the animals! By knowing that our reactions are different it won't help us to have an accurate understanding of the reactions humans might get. We are killing animals and torturing animals for our own research. Find a new way to do your research!

Many of the experiments that the animals are placed in are very painful and can lead to death for these animals. "In research

After enduring a life of terror and pain almost all test subjects will be killed, if they do not die during the experiment (Animal Testing 101.) Animals do not deserve a life of suffering and pain just because humans might gain some knowledge about medicine or beauty products. With the number of effective alternatives that are available, animal testing should be put to an end. When it comes to the life, safety, and wellbeing of animals where do you…

When the animals come to a testing laboratory, they are subjected to many things that will horrify you to imagine, but this paper will go into detail about what they endure so you can have a clear view of what happens to these animals. When these animals are taken to the laboratory for testing, they are commonly subjected to force feeding by tubes and needles, are forced to breathe a certain type of gas that can permanently alter them, and even be deprived of food and water for days while these experiments go on. Not only do they have to go through these things everyday, but they also undergo long periods of physical restraint, infliction or burns and other, sometimes serious wounds so that the corporations that are testing on them can examine the healing processes of these animals. Neck-breaking, decapitation, and infliction of pain, to study effects and medicine remedies are also very common. The draize eye test is also commonly used by cosmetic companies to evaluate irritation caused by shampoos, which involves rabbits being incapacitated with their eyelids held open by metal clamps.…

Close your eyes and picture yourself as an innocent animal. While being that animal someone comes along an takes you in and feeds, shelter, and comforts you. Then suddenly the person that cared for you strips your fur, or brutally murders you for food, or holds you hostage for tests. These are just a few animal abuse in today's society that needs to be extinguished, therefore animals in our ecosystem deserve rights. Those rights should end the problems with animal abuse, abandonment, and animal experimentation.…

Animal testing is among one of the most controversial issues worldwide. Animal testing can lead to many great discoveries in our constant evolving world, but can also endanger the lives of innocent creatures. Through many arguments, animal testing puts the life of animals at risk in order to try to make advancements in the medical, cosmetic, and scientific fields. The first animal testing began in the 17th century on numerous animals to demonstrate blood circulation. Animal testing expanded quickly and in 1876 parliament passed the Cruelty to Animal Acts in Europe.…

Research Format Essay Animal Experimentation Animal Experimentation is wrong in many different ways. Did you know that 21% of animals that go under intense experimentation die? Animals such as mice, rabbits, and pigs are used to undergo experiments for human advancement. These living things deserve to live pain free lives just as much as we do. This is not always thought of because as stated by Jeremey Bentham of neaves.org “many project call for immobilization of a body part or the entire body itself”.…

The testing on animals is a very touchy subject. It makes people wonder whether or not its cruel to advance technology by killing innocent animals. Killing animals for testing has its benefits but it's still inhumane to do that to animals. It can destroy populations of animals if tested often and if every lab has its own supply of animals the populations will drop by extreme numbers. The animals that are tested on often get terrible treatment as the people testing on them know they will soon die.…

After studying multiple views on animal testing I have come to realize my personal view has now changed since the start of my research. Before undergoing heavy study into animal testing I believed that all types of animal testing should be stopped, but now I believe that the idea is very beneficial and should only be done when the rights of the animal are considered. In the coming years, hopefully, more regulations can be passed to ensure that all animal’s lives are protected during experimentation. Although most animals are treated with care and no pain is dealt to them when undergoing testing, it would be a lie if I stated no animals are harmed during the process. Animal testing is extremely useful in developing life-saving drugs and medicine.…

Although animal experimentation has provided many benefits, there are alternatives to test toxic substances that may eliminate the cruel use of animals in research. The United States, along with many other countries, have turned to the use of animals in research labs to test human products for hazardous substances. According to the Kennedy Institute of Ethics Journal, the United States uses about 12 million animals every year making it the biggest conductor of animal experimentation in the world. Scientists and many companies believe that testing their products on animals save humans from being harmed if the product is toxic. However, no matter what the benefits of animal experimentation are, the tests conducted on the animals are cruel.…
