Animal testing has been around since the 4th and 3rd centuries BCE from the writing of the Greek. They are used for research to develop the understanding of science, to establish more solutions to medical problems, and mainly the protection of people, animals and the environment. Animals are important for research because it allows the scientist to learn more information about human biology and health. With the information gathered, scientist can then develop new medicines. In addition, animal testing uses many different species for procedures for research about human biology, diseases and to determine how effective new medicinal products. This subject has always been a heated debate because of the use of animals for scientific research. But
