The Bichon Frise is in the small dog category, weighing about 3-5kg for both genders. It has a cute little face and slightly curly white fur. Some groomers cut its hair in such a way that it makes the dog look round in the face. The Bichon is known for being a companion dog and a perfect lap dog. It has a independent spirit and prefers to be around humans, as they tend to love both adults and children. It’s a perfect little dog for a family with active kids or even a single person who wants a companion dog. The Bichon originated around the 1200’s and was used by sailors in Spain as well as French royalty as a companion dog.
