Brown continued to ask about Oscar because the dog had been his life. When asked about the incident, Brown responded, "Don't worry about me, just find my dog."

Oscar served as Brown's eyes, and he was a constant companion to him. When the 11-year-old German shepherd helped Brown, 39, across Eighth Street close to Airport Avenue, Brown heard the traffic approaching when he started to run. According to the police report, the van hit both Oscar and Brown, but Brown had to be rushed to the hospital in Marshfield. When the incident occurred, however, Oscar fled from the scene. He wound up in a parking lot on 1100 block of East Riverview Expressway, which is about a mile away from Eighth Street. The local police department gathered Oscar and took him to the Wisconsin Rapids Fire Station No. 1.

With the experiences that I have gained through owning a dog, working at the Vet school, and from my major, I believe that I can bring these skills into a job as a kennel assistant. One of the many reasons that I believe that I would be a great addition to the Radford Animal Hospital team, is because I am a dedicated employee that is adaptive, good at following directions, and always ready to learn. Working with the service dogs, I have had time to experience the “human-animal” bond between an owner and their pets, and realize just how important veterinary work is to that relationship. I have experience cleaning kennels, mixing chemicals, lifting dogs up to 85lbs, administering medication orally and topically, and monitoring animals for any…

There is no team leader, decisions are made by the team, and the project product reflexes inputs from all the team members. This is the ideal of an egoless team structure. In the case of Dogs Group, although the structure was egoless, certain members of the team could not agree on what roles the members should have and this led to conflicts between those members who followed the egoless team structure (exhibit designers and educators) and those that wanted to follow more traditionalist mode of team structures…

The sun’s rays penetrate through the clouds and shone through the windows of each house in the small neighborhood. The light that shone from the sun crept its way into the house of Sabrina and John Day.
