Animal cruelty is very common throughout the world and us as human beings do not tale significant action to end this. Animal cruelty and neglect is a major issue that many people ignore. As humans, we need to know the effect animal abuse has on the society. The definition of animal cruelty is “failure to take care of an animal”. Many animals are beaten up, experimented on, and have many horrible things happen to them every day. In different states, there are various laws on what to do with animals who are being treated very horribly or what animals can be used for experimenting.
