George Orwell’s Animal Farm is an allegory for the Russian Revolution and for a variety of themes. Related to power, violence and control. Orwell’s views on their themes shape the story of Animal Farm which is a story based on the revolt by a group of Animals to overthrow the owner of the Farm. Wanting a change and things to be better and different, it ends up changing for the worse. Violence by the animals in the way they treat everyone else who disagree with their views and standards, while power plays a huge part within the farm for equality and against the oppression laid on the farm. Control ends the farm out of equality, because the pigs take control of the farm.
