Similarities Between Animal Distress Calls And Bobbie Pyron

There are about 130 million books in the world right now and many more are being made at this moment. Many great authors are making books such as Eliot Schrefer and Bobbie Pyron. Eliot Schrefer has made a book called Animal Distress Calls and Bobbie Pyron has made a book called Following Boo that are in this paper. Eliot Schrefer is coming out with a book in 2018 called The Lost Rainforest: Mez’s Magic, and Bobbie Pyron is coming out with a book also, called A Pup Named Trouble. Make sure you watch out for those books in 2018. There are many similarities and differences between “Animal Distress Calls” and “Following Boo” such as the theme and how the character react to the main conflict.
One similarity between “Animal Distress Calls and “Following Boo” is the theme. An example is when Julia asked the veterinarian, “Does she have a cold or something” I asked. He sighed , “You can tell when an ostrich is desperately sick when her wings drop--a healthy bird’s would never do that. Josie’s eggs are stuck. She wants to lay them but they can’t get out so they are liquefying inside of her. We’ve got her medicated, though, she is not in any pain.” (Schrefer 28).This quote is significant because Julia is really concerned about the Josie and wants to know what is wrong with her and she finds that out through the veterinarian. She wants to help Josie but she doesn’t know how to so she just keeps on hoping that she will get better. Similarly, in “Following Boo” Nathan is trying to forget about his grandfather passing away but Boo the dog keeps reminding Nathan of his

Therefore, “Animal Distress Calls” and “Following Boo” have many similarities and differences.
