Animal Cruelty Research Paper

If you kill a human, you are going to be charged with murder. But it’s not the same for animals. If you kill an animal you’re charged with animal cruelty. With animal cruelty you only go to jail for between 6 months and 10 years, depending where you’re from, but if you kill a human you could go to jail for life. In my opinion those who kill or abuse animals should be charged with murder or attempted murder. Murder if the animal dies, and attempted murder if the animal is hurt or suffering. Just because this creature can’t tell you to stop with human words, doesn’t mean you aren’t hurting them. If you could hear them speaking like you, you’d probably cry. This animal you abused thought of you as their everything. It’s like your parents to you.

Ever since I was little I have always been interested in the study of biology. I used to watch various cartoons that often included a mad scientist that would experiment on various creatures in the laboratory to enhance the creature’s physical abilities and create a mutant race to assist in their plot to destroy the world. For this reason I often hated the idea of animals being used in laboratories when I was little, but as I grew up and gained exposure to the real world, I realized things in the laboratory were not so bad and animal research offers many benefits. Findings from studies have influenced many advancements in the medical field which lead to cures being found for many diseases. I have even experimented on some animals such as dissecting…
